I was first introduced to yoga in 1995, while in Jamaica, scuba diving.  Wanting to expand my knowledge, I started my incredible journey into yoga.

  • 40 hour intensive study in the Primary series of Ashtanga yoga with David Swenson in 2006
  • 200 hour RYT training completed with YogaFit in 2010
  • Over 350 hours of teacher training, workshops & retreats throughout the US, Caribbean & Mexico.

Taught beginning and power yoga at the Bismarck YMCA for several years.

Beginning, level 1-2, chair yoga.

Why I teach:
To be able to share the tools I have learned. Yoga changes a person. It can make you both emotionally
and physically healthier, stronger and more balanced.

The power humans have to heal. People who find the courage to learn from the obstacles place before them.
