Hello! I am happy that you have visited our site and hope that you will come to the Yoga for You Studio soon for a class. I began my practiced with Bonnie Torrance in 2000. I started teaching at the local YMCA in 2008. During that time I trained with YogaFit and have certifications for Seniors, Pre-Natal/Post Partum/ and in Antony and Alignment. I also have completed five levels of training to obtain my 200 hours RYT (registered yoga trainer). Yoga is a journey that I love to share with the students at the studio. I continue growing by attending various yoga training throughout the year.
